Greg Sterling is VP of Strategy & Insights for the Local Search Association (LSA). He is a leading advocate for location-based marketing and media and a contributing editor at industry blogs Search Engine Land and Marketing Land. For more than 15 years, he has written about and researched the connections between digital media and real-world consumer behavior.
Previously, Sterling was as a senior analyst for Opus Research and The Kelsey Group (now BIA/Kelsey). Prior to entering the technology industry, Sterling was a practicing lawyer in California for roughly 10 years.
The Local Search Association (LSA) is a not-for-profit industry association of media companies, agencies and technology providers who help businesses market to local consumers. LSA has 300 members in over 25 countries and the Association helps these members realize the power of location-based marketing and commerce through conferences, consulting, insights, advocacy and more.
